Course description
This practical Service Avoidance course trains operatives to safely locate underground utilities using CAT and Genny detection equipment. Delegates learn to interpret signals, follow safe excavation procedures, and comply with HSG47 – Avoiding Danger from Underground Services.
Who should attend this course
This course is suitable for groundworkers, plant operators, supervisors and managers involved in excavation or groundworks activities where underground services may be present.
Certification
Upon completion, delegates will receive a Service Avoidance / CAT & Genny Training Certificate, valid for 3 years.
